1. Prices are subject to change without notice.
2. RETURN POLICY: You may return any product within 10 days of receiving it for an on-line store credit.
25% restocking fee applies to all returned merchandise. No exceptions. If you are ever dissatisfied with an order,
please contact our customer service department by E-MAIL at sales@gosteel.com or call us at 800-643-6204
as soon as possible, so that we can correct the order to your satisfaction. We will return phone calls the following day.
All special ordered items are not returnable under any circumstances. A BUYER MAY NOT, EXCEPT WITH OUR
WRITTEN CONSENT, CANCEL ANY ORDER FOR MATERIAL WHICH HAS BEEN SPECIALLY CUT TO SIZE
FROM A FULL BAR, SHEET OR PLATE.
3. TECHNICAL ADVICE: None of our sales representatives, agents, or employees have any authority
to bind us to any affirmation, representation or warranty other than that stated or on our delivery
receipt or invoice form. Any technical advice we furnish with respect to the use of material is
given without charge, and we will assume no obligation or liability for the advice given or the
results obtained, all such advice, verbal or written, being given and accepted at the buyers risk.

4. PRIVACY POLICY: Interstate Steel is committed to protecting your privacy. You can visit most pages
on our site without giving us any information about yourself. Your data is stored securely on our servers.
Our site is 128bit SSL encrypted for the maximum security. Making a purchase in the shop area of the Web site,
we will request personal information necessary for billing and/or shipping, such as: name, address,
telephone number, and credit card number.
5. All Arizona customers must pay the current AZ sales tax (8.1%) Exemption from AZ
sales tax is allowed only to customers who have filed a properly executed tax exemption
certificate held in our possession.
6. If it is necessary to back order any item (s) - ISS will indicate the back ordered item on your
invoice or packing slip and will advise the expected due date. ISS reserves the right to hold
mail orders for back ordered items until order is complete for shipment.
7. All telephone orders are accepted at the risk of the buyer and shipments made before the receipt
of confirmation are for the special convenience of the buyer. Please FAX orders to

8. Title and risk of loss. If material is shipped to a buyer via a carrier designated by the buyer,
title & risk of loss to the material shall pass to the buyer when the material is loaded at our plant.
All regular UPS ground shipments have up to 8 business days to claim loss. Replacement before
this time is at customer cost. If material is claimed lost, customer will receive credit for lost order.

10. We disclaim all other warranties with respect to material sold or services rendered, whether
expressed or implied, including the warranties of quality and fitness of the material or services
for any particular purpose. By placing an order with us, a purchaser affirms that he or she
has not relied upon the skill or judgement of us or any of our agents, employees or
representatives to select of furnish material for any particular purpose, and the sale is made
without warranty by us that the material is suitable for any particular purpose.
